The Opportunity
Our Resort Operations crew is hiring for entry-level outdoor roles, with flexible casual shifts available from 27 June. Whether you can work weekends, a few weekdays or during the school holiday period (27 June – 12 July), there’s a spot for you.

The Roles
You’ll be trained on the job and placed in one of our awesome teams:
Lift Operations Team Help guests glide into their alpine adventure by assisting with lifts, maintaining ski areas and keeping the fun flowing safely.
Chains Team Be part of the action on arrival — fitting chains, supporting traffic flow and helping guests reach the resort safely.
What you’ll bring - Friendly, confident customer service skills
- A love of the outdoors (snow, wind, sunshine and all!)
- Weekend availability
- Bonus points if you ski/snowboard or have traffic control experience
The successful candidate will be required to: - Have full Australian working rights.
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- Satisfactorily pass a police check and random drug & alcohol tests
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Victorian Employee Working With Children Check
- Available to work weekends and school holidays

Hourly pay rate: $33.65p/h (includes casual loading)
