Our Snowmakers are Mother Nature’s trusty sidekicks!
Working mostly overnight alongside our Groomers, they keep a close eye on the weather and use snow guns and snow factories to top up the slopes with fresh coverage for our guests.
Plumbing experience is a bonus, but not a must — if you’re keen to learn, our Resort Operations team will train you up. When you’re not making snow, you’ll pitch in with other resort tasks to keep everything running smoothly, i.e. waste management.
You’ll be working outdoors, so we’ll keep you warm with season-ready snow pants, a jacket and boots. Even better, the condensed work week means three days off to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and more.
Just 2.5 hours from Melbourne, Mt Baw Baw is the city’s closest snow resort — so make tracks this winter for a cool seasonal gig!
