If you are an experienced customer service or hospitality individual who loves working in teams, come and join us at Mt Baw Baw as a food and beverage officer this Snow season!
We are looking for versatile staff who know how to brew a good coffee, help prepare food & also support in overseeing staff & the daily operations of our resort.
There is so much opportunity for you to build your skills and knowledge of the resort in a variety of tasks as a member of our Visitor Experience team. But life isn't about all work and no play, so on your days off, we encourage you to take the time to explore the local regional area which has an abundance of appealing tourist attractions.

What amazing skills and experience will score you this role?
- Current Food handling certificates
- Experience in the hospitality industry or customer service
- Experience in supervising staff and overseeing general operations
- A LOVE of the outdoors, including the rain, hail, shine and of course…Snow!
- Available to work weekends and school holidays.
- Available from June to September 2026- please note if you are only available on weekends we would welcome your application.

Hourly pay rate: Commencing from $30.51 per hour + casual loading & superannuation
