Snow time to wait – we’re recruiting first responders at Mt Baw Baw
Are you ready to start your day with the sunrise, breathing in the fresh, crisp mountain air? As a member of our ski patrol team, you'll have the important task of opening and assessing the ski areas and toboggan runs, ensuring an incredible day on the slopes for our diverse guests who are eager to soak up some snow time.
When the unexpected happens, your arsenal of incredible skills and ASPA qualifications will be put to the test. You'll attend incident locations, administer first aid, and evacuate staff and guests if necessary, all whilst providing the highest level of care and customer service.
Our resort has a constant flow of guests flocking to the ski slopes 7 days a week. As a member of our ski patrol team, you'll work across weekdays and weekends on a 4/3 roster, giving you extra time to enjoy the slopes yourself.
If you don’t hold ASPA qualifications but you’re an intermediate skier with experience delivering first aid and are willing to complete the ASPA course, then we would love to hear from you!
