The opportunity:
Winter is 'snow' much fun!
Our Road Crew Team are made up of Resort Operation Attendants who could be considered our Jack/Jill-of all-Trades!
As members of the Operations team, the Road Crews’ primary role is to ensure that employees and visitors can move about the resort safely by clearing snow from the roads and carparks. Gone are the days of shovelling snow by hand...they'll have access to the snowplough to get the job done quicker and easier. The snowplough is a bit of a 'beast' so they'll need to have a Heavy Rigid licence to drive one!
When they're not clearing the snow our Road Crew assist the Resort Ops team with a variety of other tasks such as, traffic management, chain fitting, waste/recycling collection and general customer service. The majority of their work tasks are completed outdoors, so will provide them with snow pants, a jacket, and boots for the season to keep you warm.
Life at Mt Baw Baw isn't all work...we want you to play too! On your days off we encourage you to take the time to learn/improve your skiing/boarding skills on our beautifully manicured snow slopes.
Nestled only 2.5 hours from the heart of Melbourne, Mt Baw Baw is Melbourne’s closest downhill ski, snowboard, toboggan and snow play resort....'make tracks' this winter for a unique employment opportunity.
