The opportunity working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager and Department Manager, you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio.
You’ll be supported to develop your skills and confidence, with a clear pathway towards managing your own portfolio in the future.
- Assist with day-to-day property management matters
- Communicate with renters, owners, contractors and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and follow up maintenance
- Conduct routine and vacate inspections
- Complete condition reports
- Assist with leasing during busy periods
- Provide administration and property management support
- Maintain accurate records and ensure follow-ups are completed

To Be Successful We’re looking for someone who is motivated, organised and genuinely interested in building a career in property management.
Ideally you will need to demonstrate the following: - 6–12 months’ experience in property, administration, leasing, reception, customer service or a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and positive approach
- Confidence dealing with people and managing multiple tasks
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Current driver’s licence
Please note, this position requires a
VIC Certificate IV Real Estate (Agents Representative) to be considered.
