Field Officer - Property Management  

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded property management business with a strong presence across Melbourne. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Field Officer to join their Property Management team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Property Management, with the opportunity to progress into managing a small portfolio as your experience develops.

The Role Working closely with the Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property opens for the Property Management department
• Conducting routine inspections
• Coordinating property access with agents and tenants
• Assisting the Property Management team with day-to-day requirements
• Providing professional service to tenants, owners and other stakeholders
• Supporting the team with general property management duties

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Hold a current Certificate IV in Real Estate
• Personal car and drivers license
• Have an interest in building a career in Property Management
• Ideally have some experience in real estate, property or customer service
• Be confident dealing with tenants, owners and agents
• Be organised, reliable and professional
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Be comfortable working Tuesday to Saturday
