What you need:

• Experience in a real estate or BTR environment, in property management, leasing or assistant property management
• Current Agents Representative Certificate, Victoria
• Police check issued within the last 6 months
• Working knowledge of PropertyMe, Property Tree or a similar platform
• Two contactable references
• Reliability, presentation and the confidence to walk into a new office and get moving
