FULLY REMOTE – WORK FROM HOME
20–25 HOURS PER WEEK
UP TO $150K + SUPER PRO RATA
TEMP OPTION AVAILABLE – $65PH
Our client is a long-established boutique strata business seeking an experienced NSW Class 1 Strata Manager / Licensee in Charge.
This is a flexible, fully remote opportunity offering genuine work-life balance, autonomy and the option to commence on a temporary basis before moving into a permanent part-time position.

About the role:
• Act as Licensee in Charge
• Oversee compliance and supervision requirements
• Authorise trust account transactions
• Support the Director with scheme management matters
• Assist with budgets, levies and arrears
• Attend virtual AGM and committee meetings as required
• Work alongside an experienced accounts and support team
About you:
• Current NSW Class 1 Strata Managing Agent Licence
• LIC experience or eligibility
• Strong NSW strata management experience
• Current CPD
• Confident working autonomously
• Strong understanding of NSW strata compliance
