Our client is rapidly expanding with multiple offices across Melbourne, and they’re seeking a dynamic Senior Property Manager to join their Boroondara office! This is your chance to step up in your property management career!

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Senior Property Manager, you'll oversee residential investment properties, ensuring smooth tenancies and high standards. Key responsibilities include managing landlord-tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance, conducting inspections, and handling VCAT appearances. A solid understanding of relevant legislation is essential to provide valuable advice and support to landlords.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
To succeed in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience managing a property portfolio, along with a current VIC Agents Rep Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.
