We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded agency in Melbourne’s inner north-west. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an end-to-end portfolio, work alongside a collaborative team, and join a business known for its strong culture and support.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio end-to-end, with the support of a great team around you. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• End-to-end portfolio management
• Leasing and maintenance coordination
• Routine inspections and reporting
• Arrears management and lease renewals
• Coordinating trades and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
• Using PropertyMe and Inspection Express
• Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Participating in 1 in 3 Saturdays

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
• Proven experience managing a portfolio end-to-end
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Experience using PropertyMe and Inspection Express
• Hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a polished and professional approach
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
• Available for an immediate start
