This motivated and results-driven agency is looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least six months of experience in real estate or leasing, looking to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with an experienced property management team, gaining invaluable insights while playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing portfolio.

In this position you will be required to but not limited to : 

• End to end leasing
• Conducting open home inspections 
• Process Rental applications efficiently and accurately
• Create and send lease agreements to landlords and tenants 
• Present applications to landlords for approval 
• Marketing & advertising of rental properties 
• Handle bond lodgements in accordance with regulations
