About the Role:

• Scheduling and conducting rental open for inspections
• Assisting prospective renters with the application process
• Processing rental applications and completing reference checks
• Delivering great communication and follow-up to keep applicants engaged
• Working across PropertyMe, IRE, Inspection Express & Vault
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Some real estate experience is essential (leasing or PM)
• VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate
• Driver’s licence + reliable car
• Confident, organised, and professional presentation
• Someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment
