They’re now seeking an experienced Property Manager to take charge of a well-maintained, balanced portfolio and join their collaborative, high-achieving team.

THE ROLE

• Manage a clean and well-supported portfolio of 130–160 properties (within 5–10km)
• End-to-end management with a strong support network
• Saturdays 1 in 4 (on rotation)
• Laptop, phone, and VR camera provided
• Work car available on site
• Salary up to $85,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)
• Commissions and bonuses 

ABOUT YOU

• 2+ years’ experience managing end-to-end residential portfolios
• Current Agents Representative Certificate (Essential)
• Strong understanding of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Reliable, professional, and passionate about Property Management
• Values longevity, culture, and being part of a supportive team
