The Role:
Are you an experienced Owners Corporation Manager ready for a new challenge? We are looking for a dedicated and organised professional to manage a diverse portfolio of 20-25 properties, covering approximately 1000 lots. This is a busy, but well-supported role. You'll work closely with a supportive Director and Operations Manager, ensuring you have the resources needed to succeed.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, including communication, administration, and financial oversight. While most of your work will be based on-site and from home, you may be required to work from our offices.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners and committees.
Coordinating and attending annual general meetings and committee meetings.
Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and levies.
Overseeing maintenance and repairs of common property.
Ensuring compliance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and other relevant legislation.
On Offer:
A competitive salary of up to $110K based on your experience. There is potential for a salary review after a successful 6-month probation period.
The flexibility of a hybrid work model, with two rostered days per week working from home.
Some time in lieu for out-of-hours work, with a minimal requirement for after-hours meetings (approximately half a dozen per year). Most AGMs are conveniently held via Zoom.
You'll be working with modern platforms including Urbanise, Stratavote, and the Connecteam App to streamline your workflow and communication.
About You:
Proven experience as an Owners Corporation Manager is essential.
A strong understanding of the Owners Corporations Act 2006.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
A proactive and problem-solving approach.
Qualifications and Certifications:
Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (or equivalent).
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
