We’re on the lookout for a General Accountant/Administrator ready to step into a role that offers stability, variety and the chance to work closely with Directors in a well-regarded Inner North office.

This is a hands-on role where your financial and administrative expertise will be highly valued. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage accounts and support the processing of property sales, all while being the go-to person ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Salary up to $80,000 + Super (depending on experience) pro rata

• 4-5 Days Per Week - No Weekends
• 3-4 Hours Per Day - Perfect for parents
• Available to start immediately

THE ROLE

• Process and manage invoices, including payments
• Liaise with external accountants and bookkeepers
• Oversee daily office operations and administration
• Assist with processing of residential property sales
• Work directly with two Directors

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years’ experience in trust accounting/administration
• Certificate IV in Real Estate/ Agents Representative Certificate (VIC)
• Proficient in MYOB, Xero, and Excel (essential)
• Experience with Property Tree and/or RP Office (advantage)
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Professional, reliable and confident working independently
