The Role:

• Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of 165 properties
• $85,000 + Super + Commissions
• Hands-on support with leasing & admin assistance
• WFH flexibility with modern systems & training
• Career progression with a company in growth phase

About You:

• Minimum 1+ year experience as a Property Manager
• Current Agents Representative Certificate 
• Current VIC Driver’s License & reliable vehicle
• Strong communication, interpersonal & time management skills
• Solid knowledge of property legislation
• Professional, reliable & well-presented
