The Opportunity:

This is a chance to step into a stable, well-supported property management role within a respected, community-focused office. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of five, working alongside a Leasing Manager and reporting directly to the Head of Department. With a clean portfolio, strong systems in place, and a collaborative culture, you’ll be set up for success from day one.

Day to Day:

• Manage a tidy, well-maintained portfolio of 170 properties
• Liaise with tenants and landlords to deliver exceptional service
• Oversee rent arrears, lease renewals, and bond management
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted local trades

About You:

• Solid experience in Property Management, confident with end-to-end portfolio management
• Current VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Strong communicator who builds trust with both landlords and tenants
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results
