SENIOR ASSET MANAGER - 
Large investment management company in Melbourne's Outer South East with a portfolio in the industrial and logistics property sector.
With significant institutional backing and a strong pipeline of acquisitions and developments, they are positioned as one of the most dynamic players in the market. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team where you will gain exposure to institutional-level property investment and asset management.

As the Senior Asset Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of industrial and logistics assets, driving performance through financial excellence, leasing strategies, and proactive management. Importantly, you will have onsite facilities management support, allowing you to focus on strategic asset management rather than day-to-day maintenance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing asset-level P&L, cashflow, valuations, and capex planning
• Building and maintaining financial models
• Leading leasing negotiations to optimise income
• Overseeing capex and opex budgets across the portfolio (with operational support provided)
• Presenting asset performance and strategies to senior stakeholders and investors
• Collaborating with the transactions, development, and finance teams

About You
We are seeking a commercially sharp and financially astute professional with:

• 5+ years’ experience in asset management within property funds, investment management, or institutional real estate
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to interpret complex data
• A track record of delivering improved asset performance and NOI
• Experience with industrial/logistics assets preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Ability to leverage operational support to stay focused on strategic initiatives and portfolio growth
