• Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of up to 140-180 properties
• Salary up to $106,400+ Bonuses

ABOUT YOU:

• Min 2 years experience as a Senior/Property Manager
• Current Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL
• Current Vic Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
• Punctual, reliable and professionally presented
