OWNERS CORPORATION MANAGER

The Role: 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Owners Corporation Manager to join a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of 15 buildings and approximately 800 lots, located exclusively in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, including:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners and committees.
• Coordinating and attending annual general meetings and committee meetings.
• Preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and levies.
• Overseeing maintenance and repairs of common property.
• Ensuring compliance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and other relevant legislation.

About You:

• Proven experience as an Owners Corporation Manager is essential.
• A strong understanding of the Owners Corporations Act 2006.

• Highly organised with excellent time management abilities.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach.

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Certificate IV in Strata Community Management (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
