Our client based in Melbourne's Inner City is on the hunt for their next Senior/ Property Manager. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just manage properties but owns the position with confidence, backed by a team that invests in your growth, champions your success and knows the industry inside out.

• Managing a portfolio of 160-180
• Salary up to $85,000+ Super + Bonuses

  ABOUT YOU:

• Min 2 years experience as a Senior/Property Manager
• Current Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL
• Ideally located near Melbourne Central Business District (3000)
• Current Vic Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
• Punctual, reliable and professionally presented
