Ready to take on a trusted role with flexibility and strong remuneration? A standout opportunity awaits an experienced trust accountant within a respected commercial real estate agency based in Melbourne's inner east.

This position is full time offers an immediate start and the chance to work in a supportive, structured, and high-performing team environment.

THE ROLE:
Take ownership of the full trust accounting function, including:

• End-to-end trust account management for commercial property portfolios
• Daily reconciliation and maintenance of trust ledgers
• Processing tenant payments, rent receipting, and managing arrears
• Preparing monthly landlord statements and financial reports
• Disbursing funds and maintaining accurate trust records
• Ensuring compliance with trust legislation and audit obligations
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, and property managers

ABOUT YOU:
To be successful, you'll bring:

• Proven experience in trust accounting within commercial real estate
• The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• A high level of accuracy and a solutions-focused mindset
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
• Immediate availability to step into the role
