TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT | COMMERCIAL LEASING ADMINISTRATOR

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Leasing Administrator to step into a short term temporary role with a leading agency. This assignment is perfect for someone with experience with commercial property management and can provide immediate support. 

WE ARE SEEKING SOMEONE WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

• Strong understanding of the Retail Leases Act 2003 (VIC)
• Experience in admin / accounts / commercial 
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong financial acumen
• MUST have current real estate certificate and police check
• Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
