We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior/ Property Manager to join a well-known agency with offices across Melbourne! Our client is looking for a motivated and dedicated team player who is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to make a positive impact within a close-knit, dynamic team. THE ROLE:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties (130+) with support
• Work closely alongside the Property Management department
• Advertising and holding open for inspections for available properties with additional leasing support 
• Attending VCAT as required
• Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers
• PropertyMe

WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE:

• Up to $100,000 (depending on exp)
• VA, Leasing and routine support
• 2 Days Working from Home
• Monday - Friday, 5PM finish
• No Weekends
• Work in a vibrant team environment
• Ongoing training and support

To be considered for this rare opportunity, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• 2+ years experience in property management (VIC) - ESSENTIAL
• VIC Agents Representative Certificate - ESSENTIAL
• Driver's Licence and your own vehicle - ESSENTIAL
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
