BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER | MELBOURNE’S NORTH-EAST SUBURBS |

We’re looking for a confident, driven BDM who thrives on connection and growth. In this role, you’ll be the face of new business, turning leads into long-term clients and identifying every opportunity for expansion. With admin support behind you and a strong reputation in the area, you’ll have the tools to succeed and the freedom to focus on what you do best.

THE ROLE:

• Prospect and convert new management opportunities
• Prepare and present rental appraisals
• Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-up
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate referrals
• Track growth targets and report performance
  
  

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in business development or real estate
• Strong communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using CRMs and managing your own workflow
• Agent’s Rep Certificate and driver’s licence required
