THE ROLE:

• Manage a portfolio of approx. 150 properties
• Dedicated leasing & VA support
• No weekends required
• Great stability within the team
• Utilise IRE & Inspection Express softwares

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Must have 2+ years in property management
• Agents Representative Certificate - Required
• Valid police check
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle - Required
• Confident communicator with strong organisation and attention to detail
