SALES PERSONAL ASSISTANT | MELBOURNE’S INNER NORTH |

We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Personal Assistant to support a leading sales agent in a dynamic real estate environment. This role involves managing all facets of the sales process, from pre-listing preparations to post-sale administration. If you excel in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in real estate.

THE ROLE:

• Prepare and coordinate listing presentations and marketing materials
• Manage the agent’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and open homes
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, photographers, and other stakeholders
• Oversee campaign timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and property information
  
  

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in a real estate sales support or administrative role
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in real estate CRM systems and marketing platforms
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
