With reliable admin support and trusted systems in place, you'll be well-equipped to hit the ground running.
This role is ideal for someone confident in taking ownership, bringing structure, and driving results—while being backed by a collaborative, family-style team.

THE ROLE:

• Manage a portfolio of 165 properties with full admin support
• Handle all aspects of property management with autonomy and structure
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Monday to Friday + only 1 in 4 Saturdays (with time in lieu)
• Utilise leading platforms including PropertyMe, IRE, and Inspection Express
• Phone and laptop provided
  
  

ABOUT YOU:

• 2+ years of experience in property management
• Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
• Confident communicator with the ability to take control and lead
• Experienced in landlord relationships and portfolio growth
• Full driver’s license and reliable vehicle
