About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Clinical Scheduler to join our Clinical and Residential team.


As a Clinical Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating nursing visits and clinical services, ensuring our clients receive timely and high-quality care. You will work closely with nursing staff, clinical teams, clients, and stakeholders to manage schedules, maintain accurate records, support funding compliance, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule nursing services based on client needs and staff availability
• Manage schedule changes, urgent requests, and cancellations
• Communicate appointment information and schedule updates to clients and stakeholders
• Monitor completion of nursing visits and clinical documentation
• Follow up outstanding documentation with nursing staff
• Maintain accurate client and service records within organisational systems
• Verify funding allocations and ensure services are scheduled correctly
• Monitor service utilisation and identify potential scheduling or funding issues
• Assist with reporting and data management activities
• Maintain compliance with organisational policies, funding requirements, and privacy legislation

Must-Haves

• Previous scheduling, rostering, administration, or coordination experience within healthcare, disability, aged care, or community services
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience managing confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
• Ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
