About the Role
This is the operational and technical backbone of our Lotteries Team. You’ll look after the platforms our campaigns run on, the database we market to, and the permits and Terms & Conditions that let us go on sale. When a number moves unexpectedly, you’re the person who works out why. When something breaks mid-campaign, you’re the first call.

You’ll report to our Marketing Operations Manager, who’ll guide your work and sign off anything that goes to a regulator — and you’ll guide our Marketing Operations Officer Day to day.

Over the next couple of years, you’ll also lead our delivery workstream on a major platform migration, working alongside MSWA’s technology team and an external vendor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuring and administering the platforms our lotteries run on
• Looking after the health of our marketing database — segments, deliverability, preferences
• Investigating performance shifts and working with our technology team on what’s behind them
• Preparing and lodging permits, Terms & Conditions and financial returns to regulators
• Running campaign readiness checks before launch, and executing our draws
• Building the playbooks and checklists that let the wider team run smaller campaigns themselves
• Tracking budgets against forecast and flagging variances early
• Leading our delivery workstream on a major platform migration

Must‑Haves

• Qualification in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience configuring a marketing, CRM, e-commerce or fundraising platform
• Confidence working with data — building segments, interrogating performance, working out what sits behind a change
• Experience preparing documentation to a compliance, audit or regulatory standard
• A track record of finishing what you start, and flagging early when you can’t
