About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Hamilton Hill, you’ll deliver high‑quality clinical care, support, and supervision for residents living with neurological conditions. You’ll monitor medication administration and care plans, collaborate with onsite Care Support Workers, and contribute to a safe, dignified, and person‑centred environment.

 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care while promoting residents' dignity, choice, and independence
• Conduct nursing assessments and provide clinical advice and support
• Monitor and maintain resident care plans and clinical documentation
• Work alongside Care Support Workers to support clients with their daily care needs
• Monitor medication administration and resident health outcomes
• Assist with specialised care requirements, including nutritional and medical supports
• Complete resident observations and report changes in condition
• Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for residents
• Complete routine and adhoc catheter changes, catheter flushes and management 
• Attend to acute and complex wound care
• Complete routine and adhoc enteral tube changes and balloon checks

Must-Haves

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain)
• NDIS Orientation Certificate (or ability to obtain)
