About the Role
As a Facilities Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our facilities and fleet operations running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to for coordinating maintenance, responding to requests, and ensuring our sites are safe, functional, and well maintained.
This role combines coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service.
  
This is a permanent full-time position with 75 hours per fortnight, based in Belmont.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage facilities and fleet requests via inbox and phone, prioritising urgent issues
• Coordinate reactive and scheduled maintenance across MSWA sites
• Engage and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Schedule routine servicing and ensure compliance with service agreements
• Manage fleet administration, including bookings, repairs, insurance, and vehicle changeovers
• Support security access control and assist with CCTV requests
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, assets, and contractor documentation
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and service delivery

Must-haves

• Experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, or a similar role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Solid computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Current driver’s licence
