About the Role
As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring continuity of care by efficiently scheduling community-based services for Aged Care and NDIS clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and support workers to ensure services are delivered smoothly, accurately, and in line with client needs and organisational requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has proven experience scheduling within the Aged Care and/or NDIS community sector.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate community services to meet client needs, staff availability, and skill mix
• Manage daily roster changes and respond to unplanned service variations
• Liaise with clients, families, and support workers via phone and email
• Ensure schedules comply with relevant funding, award, and organisational requirements
• Maintain accurate records using scheduling and client management systems
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure optimal service delivery

Must-Haves

• Demonstrated experience scheduling Aged Care and/or NDIS clients in a community setting
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:00pm
• Strong IT skills, including confident use of scheduling systems and MS Office
• Excellent telephonic and customer service skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
