What You’ll Be Doing: - Funding Management: Take charge of managing multiple funding streams (NDIS, SAH, DSOA), ensuring the accurate allocation, renewal, and tracking of client funding.
- Client and Team Support: Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring funding changes are processed smoothly, efficiently, and in line with internal processes.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance: Keep our CRM systems up to date with accurate service agreements and client data, ensuring compliance with all quality management and regulatory standards.
- Reporting & Invoicing: Play a key role in preparing funding reports, statements, invoicing, and reconciliation to maintain clarity and ensure the financial integrity of our services.
- Process Improvement: Help refine our internal processes and contribute to the ongoing training of staff to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of funding operations.
- Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with our internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth funding transitions, effective service agreements, and seamless client experiences.
About You: You’re highly analytical, enjoy working with data, and take pride in your attention to detail. You excel at managing multiple tasks and have a knack for turning complex information into clear, actionable insights. You’re comfortable with the repetitive aspects of the role and find satisfaction in maintaining accuracy and consistency in all your work. Your communication skills are strong, and you’re always ready to support your team to ensure clients get the best service possible.
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need: - Strong computer literacy and high-level data entry skills
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities to manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical and reporting experience
- Clear and effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a keen eye for process improvements
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in funding administration within NDIS or Support at Home (SAH) programs is a bonus.
