About the Role As the Service Delivery Lead – Residential, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and nursing supports are high‑quality, compliant, and aligned to the individual needs of our residents.
Working closely with Residential Services Managers and the broader operational team, you'll help drive sustainable service models, assess funding alignment, and support safe, effective residential care across multiple sites.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an allied health or nursing background who is looking to step into a leadership-focused, service‑quality role.
Key Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards, along with relevant state/territory regulations.
- Undertaking clinical assessments and care planning to Support Plan reviews.
- Review and analyse SIL funding and nursing allocations to ensure alignment with participant needs, rosters, and service delivery requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve funding utilisation, reduce inefficiencies, and strengthen service sustainability.
- Support Residential Services Managers by analysing staffing models and ensuring effective, compliant service delivery.
- Monitor expenditure against funding supports and proactively identify risks, underutilisation, or funding gaps.
- Assist with the preparation of documentation and evidence to support NDIS plan reviews, funding reassessments, and change‑of‑circumstance submissions.
Must‑haves - Relevant qualification and professional background in allied health or nursing
- Understanding of the NDIS, SIL models, or residential care environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funding, rostering, and service data
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Commitment to person‑centred, high‑quality care
Nice‑to‑haves - Experience in disability, residential, or community services
- Knowledge of NDIS funding structures and quality standards
- Previous leadership or service‑coordination experience
