We're looking for a passionate Lead Business Analysis to join our team and drive impactful transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
As a Business Analysis Lead at MSWA, you'll spearhead business analysis activities for both transformation and process improvement initiatives. You will oversee team members, ensuring work is effectively prioritised and adheres to best practice standards. This role is hands-on, involving requirements elicitation, process modelling and improvement, service redesign, solution evaluation, project planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Here’s what you’ll do…..
- Run workshops, interviews, and other methods to gather requirements.
- Document and analyse current processes, spot improvement opportunities, and set baseline performance measures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to redesign processes and co-create efficient service blueprints.
- Assess potential solutions and vendors to make sure they align with our business needs and goals.
- Help define the scope, objectives, deliverables, and project plans.
- Lead workshops, meetings, and showcases with both internal and external partners.
- Analyse and validate data requirements, mapping, and migration strategies to ensure smooth data transitions to new systems.
- Maintain project backlogs, support testing, and manage change, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communication, training, and training guide development.
What you'll bring
- 5 or more years’ experience in a Lead Business Analyst role (or similar) on large programs of change with a hybrid agile delivery approach in a medium to large organisation.
- Experience working with external partners / system integrators
and teams to deliver successful outcomes. - Experience in appropriate work tools e.g. Lucid, JIRA and
Confluence. - Understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and best
practices. - Self-starter with a proactive mindset, positive attitude and
strong work ethic. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a
fast-paced work environment. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
with the ability to effectively engage with and influence diverse
audiences e.g. business leaders, business teams and technical
teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and documentation development skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the
ability to motivate cross functional teams. - NDIS worker screening check and NDIS orientation module
Desirable - Experience in Service Design / Service Blueprinting.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Knowledge and experience working in the not-for-profit sector and/or NDIS.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
