We are currently on the lookout for a talented and passionate Speech Pathologist/Senior Speech Pathologists to join our diverse team in beautiful Bunbury, Western Australia.

Our highly skilled Speech Pathologists work with cutting edge technologies and participate in groundbreaking and life changing research for adults living with neurological conditions.
This is one year Fixed-Term role 45 hour per fortnight based in MSWA Bunbury Services Centre.
Here’s what you’ll do….
- Completing individual assessments and providing management of communication difficulties including aphasia and dysarthria.
- Providing advice, prescription, and support with our communication technologies - from simple communication boards to though to the latest communication technologies such as app, tablets, eye gaze and more!
- Supporting with modified diets/fluids, working closely with our on-hand dieticians to create mealtime supports. Documenting assessments and client progress.
- Educating and training not only our clients, but also their families!

Essential Requirements: - Certified practising membership with speech pathology Australia
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary health team, with customers and their families
- Experience in the assessment and intervention of adults with neurological conditions
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated time management skills, including ability to prioritise case load and respond appropriately to changing priorities in customer needs
- NDIS screening check and orientation module
- Current provide CPR and First Aid certificate
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence
Desirable - Awareness of the broader health care and quality of life issues for people with chronic conditions
- Experience in community Speech Pathology Practices
- Demonstrated ability to develop department and client resources
- Experience in delivering therapy services under the NDIS
