As a MSWA Community Support Worker, you'll be the difference for individuals and families, providing personalised care and support right in their homes across South West area.

We're seeking caring and empathetic support workers to join us across South West WA in the below suburbs and surrounds!
- Margaret River/Vasse/Busselton
"This is a permanent part-time role 20 hour per fortnight based in Margaret River/Vasse/Busselton .Your role will involve:
- Providing personal care to promote health and well-being.
- Medication administration and assistance.
- Meal preparation, household chores, and other essential tasks.
- Facilitating social access and leisure activities.
- Tailoring care plans to meet individual needs and goals.

Our Community Support team plays a crucial role in delivering care and support to our Clients in their homes across the Perth regional and metro areas. Demand for our services has never been higher, and we are now expanding the team. We know the difference a great Client experience can make and we help our Community Support Workers to achieve this with ongoing training and mentorship.
A snapshot of your day as our Community Support Worker
With Clients across the Perth metro and regional areas, every day looks a little different. But there will be a few core activities that you’ll become a pro at as you provide fabulous, person-centred care such as:
Providing personal care to our Clients when required (showering, dressing – things we take for granted)
- Medication assistance
- Social support activities in the home and community settings
- Cooking, cleaning, and other household chores (the small stuff makes a huge difference
Our ‘must haves’ - A genuine passion to make a difference
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Orientation module (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions
- Reliable, roadworthy, licensed and fully insured vehicle
Our ‘nice to haves’ - Experience in a carer role
- A positive attitude (makes a huge difference!)
- A Certificate III or higher in a relevant discipline
