About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse at City Beach Respite, you’ll deliver high‑quality clinical care, support, and supervision for residents living with neurological conditions. You’ll monitor medication administration and care plans, collaborate with onsite Care Support Workers, and contribute to a safe, dignified, and person‑centred environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessment, care, and clinical advice to residents in supported accommodation
• Support the delivery of personal and nursing care in line with each resident’s individual care plan
• Monitor and oversee medication administration and documentation in accordance with policy and scope of practice
• Assist with fitting of aids and appliances as required
• Maintain accurate reporting and clinical records; promptly inform the Manager of any change in a resident’s status
• Carry out regular reviews and observations; escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with and support Care Support Workers to ensure consistent, person‑centred care

What We’re Looking For
Must-haves

• AHPRA-registered Enrolled Nurse
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (residential, disability, aged care, or community settings)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong teamwork and reliability
• Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence (unrestricted)
