Make an Impact as an Administrative Officer – Quality at MSWA
At MSWA, we’re dedicated to delivering personalised care and support to individuals living with neurological conditions including MS, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Motor Neuron Disease, Acquired Brain Injury, and Stroke. We’re currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Administrative Officer – Quality to join our team.
About the role and Key Responsibilities - Assist in improving service quality by supporting activities like internal audits and quality checks.
- Support and participate in the development, review, evaluation and implementation of new and existing policies, procedures, and processes, supporting compliance and continuous quality improvement.
- Support the Community Support Team, and the organisation more broadly in achieving accreditation against the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
- Work with other teams like rostering, scheduling, including providing a high level of customer service and quality care.
- Assist with reviewing various reports from the Client Management System and other IT systems and dashboards to ensure compliance obligations are being met.
- Support Team Leaders and Coordinators in the administrative duties associated with client and staff incident reports.
- Liaise with external auditors and relevant stakeholders as required
This is a Fixed time, one-year full-time role based at our Rivervale office.
About you - Previous experience in the Disability, Aged Care, Health Industry or other highly regulated industries.
- High level of interpersonal, communication skills (written and verbal) and computer literacy.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage conflicting priorities, both autonomously and as part of a wider team.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Desirable - Involvement in Disability, Aged Care or Health accreditation processes
- Understanding of continuous improvement, audit and quality processes
