MSWA is a leading provider of disability services and we’re offering exciting casual opportunities in the Perth area.

As a Community Support Worker, you’ll be the difference for individuals and families, delivering person-centered care and support directly in their homes.

This is your chance to bring your skills and passion to enhance the lives of our clients as they go about their daily routines. We’re looking for experienced, caring and empathetic support workers to join us, with a focus on those located in the following locations:

• Banjup
• Beaconsfield
• Bibra Lake
• Spearwood
• Success

We are keen to hear from people who have availability between 6:30am-3:00pm, or 4:30-9:30pm. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide personal care to promote clients' health and well-being.
• Assist with medication administration.
• Support clients with meal preparation, household chores, and essential daily tasks.
• Facilitate social access and leisure activities.

What You’ll Bring: 

• A genuine passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• An NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one). 
• A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
