About the Role: Lead and drive the successful delivery of transformation initiatives within MSWA's PMO framework. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects have clear objectives, scope, risks, budgets, schedules, and roles. Engage and support stakeholders to align with project goals and manage risks or issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Ensure projects have clearly defined objectives, scope, risk management plans, and roles and responsibilities. Prepare project plans and schedules, identifying key milestones, workstreams, activities, and dependencies.
Resource Management: Define resource requirements across projects, proactively managing resource availability and allocation. Track and report project costs to ensure initiatives are delivered within budget and on time.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular steering group reporting and working group meetings, providing consistent communication and direction to align stakeholders. Manage relationships with external vendors and delivery partners, ensuring effective communication, timely deliverables, and adherence to budgets.

What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong ability to define project objectives, scope, risks, and resource requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage project costs, schedules, and governance processes.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to foster a supportive team environment.
What can you bring to the team? - Certifications: Project Management (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK), Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum), Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA), Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience: 5+ years in Project Management on large hybrid agile programs, 3+ years in business transformation.
- Skills: Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio, Miro, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Abilities: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
The Compliance: - NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Adhere to MSWA policies, including Code of Conduct, Diverse Cultures principles, and Work Health & Safety Policy.
- Align with MSWA Core Values.
- Participate in relevant training.
