Empower Lives as a HCM Implementation Analyst at MSWA!
Are you passionate about technology and process improvement?
Do you thrive in a dynamic project environment?
At MSWA, our purpose is clear: to empower Western Australians with neurological conditions to live their best lives. We are looking for a dedicated HCM Implementation Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful deployment of our new Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.
What will the role look like?
As an HCM Implementation Analyst, your day may start with a cup of coffee and a quick check-in with your project team. You dive into analysing and refining process maps, identifying opportunities for improvement to align with business requirements. Join a discovery workshop, collaborating with stakeholders to develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that capture the business needs for the HCM solution.
After lunch, you focus on supporting data mapping activities, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration from legacy systems to the new HCM solution. You then spend some time creating comprehensive test cases that cover all aspects of the HCM solution, preparing for the upcoming user acceptance testing (UAT).
In the afternoon, you participate in a project meeting, actively contributing to discussions to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. You engage with stakeholders, conduct training sessions, and develop training guides to support the project's success. Your day wraps up with a review of the day's progress and planning for the next steps.
A bit about you…
An initiative-taking, solutions-focused attitude with the ability to work autonomously will set you apart. Excellent time management and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively using best practice methods, are crucial. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) and excellent people skills to communicate effectively at all levels are essential. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, adaptability, and good stakeholder management skills will help you effectively communicate insights and manage competing priorities with tight deadlines across external clients and internal stakeholders.
