About the Role
Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer, the Group HR Business Partner is a trusted adviser to CTM Group's Executives, translating business strategy into people priorities that support organisational effectiveness and business performance.
Operating across CTM’s global matrix, you’ll work closely with Group Executives, regional HR leaders and Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to align global people initiatives with regional priorities. What You'll Do
- Executive partnership: Advise Group Executives on people priorities, aligning business objectives with CTM’s global People Strategy.
- Organisation and talent: Lead organisation design, workforce planning, talent reviews and succession planning, while coaching executives on leadership, team effectiveness and performance.
- Global and regional alignment: Partner with regional HR leaders, HR Business Partners and CoEs to coordinate people initiatives, maintain consistency and minimise duplication.
- Employee relations and governance: Manage complex and sensitive people matters, ensuring practices align with employment legislation, company policy and CTM’s risk and governance frameworks.
- Change and people insights: Lead the people aspects of restructures, acquisitions and transformation, using workforce and engagement data to identify risks and inform executive decisions.
- Reward, operations and communications: Advise on remuneration and incentives, provide responsive HR support to Group functions, and lead Group internal communications in partnership with regional teams.
About You

You’ll bring:

- The ability to translate people data into practical recommendations and constructively challenge senior leaders.
- Experience in internal or change communications and leading and developing a team.
