Looking for a travel role that offers flexibility, variety and competitive earning potential? Join CTM’s After Hours team as a Senior After Hours Travel Consultant, providing exceptional travel management services to a diverse portfolio of international clients.

This is an opportunity to use your corporate travel expertise, think on your feet and take ownership of bookings in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage flights, accommodation, transfers and other travel arrangements for clients ranging from government organisations to major corporates and events.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity within CTM’s After Hours department, ideal for an experienced travel professional who thrives on autonomy, enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in getting the details right.

Please note: This role includes rotating evening, overnight, weekend and public holiday shifts. You’ll be required to work at least one week of night shifts per month, with a minimum six-hour shift, as well as three weekends per month and rotating public holiday shifts.

About You
You’re an experienced travel consultant with strong GDS knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to manage complex travel requests independently. You enjoy finding solutions, staying calm under pressure and delivering exceptional service when clients need you most.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in the travel industry.
• Confident, hands-on experience using Sabre and/or Amadeus GDS.
• Experience with Tramada or similar back-office travel management systems.
• Strong corporate travel consulting skills, ideally supporting high-demand corporate accounts.
• Excellent customer service, communication and task management skills.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management skills.
• The ability to think on your feet, work autonomously and make sound decisions.
• Confidence using technology and travel booking systems.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service — no sales, just service.
• Flexibility and availability to work rotating evening, overnight, weekend and public holiday shifts as required.
