About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Client Manager to join our team and play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
As a Client Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of customers, driving retention and ensuring they continue to see meaningful, measurable value from CTM’s products and services. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities and tailor CTM’s solutions to support their goals.
This is a relationship-led role with a strong commercial focus. You’ll be instrumental in strengthening client partnerships, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and contributing to revenue and profitability, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
If you enjoy building trusted relationships, understanding customer needs and turning those insights into tangible business outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a real impact at CTM.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships across operational, procurement, financial and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, manage and mitigate customer risk, maintaining accurate CRM records and risk mitigation plans.
- Drive commercial outcomes across your portfolio, with a focus on client profitability, transaction volumes and budget management.
- Own and understand client contracts, including service levels and performance against agreed commitments.
- Prepare for and participate in regular 1:1 meetings with your Strategic Lead, using data and insights to drive client outcomes.
- Deliver client reporting and travel analysis, identifying potential savings, trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Represent CTM professionally across client meetings, phone interactions and external events, ensuring all client engagements are well prepared and impactful.
About You
- Strong contract and commercial management experience, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly capable of using data and insights to make sound commercial recommendations and decisions.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve positive outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Proactive and committed to continuous learning, self-improvement and professional development.
- Demonstrated commitment to cultural awareness, inclusion and collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
