About the Role
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the People Operations Coordinator is an integral part of CTM’s ANZ People Team, based in our Brisbane Head Office. The role provides day-to-day operational and administrative support across the employee lifecycle, helping deliver a seamless and positive employee experience for our people across Australia and New Zealand.
Working closely with the People Operations Manager, HR Business Partners, Payroll and key stakeholders across the business, you’ll help ensure People processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and consistently, in line with CTM policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
You’ll also play an important role in continuously improving the way we work. From identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve data accuracy, to enhancing employee experiences and introducing more efficient ways of working, you’ll contribute to building a People function that is responsive, organised and easy to engage with.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail and is passionate about creating efficient processes and positive experiences for employees.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and organised People professional who enjoys supporting others, takes pride in getting the details right and is confident managing a varied workload.
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in HR or People administration, with an understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a confident and professional approach to phone and email enquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, particularly when handling employee data and records.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- A high level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being confident working autonomously and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- A proactive mindset, with the initiative to identify opportunities, suggest solutions and continuously improve processes.
- Strong follow-through, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
- A positive, approachable and solutions-focused attitude.
A qualification or studies in Human Resources, Payroll, Business or Administration would be advantageous.
