About the Role
As part of CTM’s ongoing focus on delivering exceptional customer service, we are looking for a Client Services Administrator - Government to join our team, supporting the day-to-day needs of our Government clients.
Working closely with the Client Services Manager and Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and service requests through our client-facing JIRA system. You’ll take ownership of requests from initial enquiry through to resolution, coordinating escalations where required and ensuring agreed service level requirements (SLAs) are consistently met.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration and problem-solving. You’ll work with a range of external stakeholders, investigate and resolve issues, and ensure each request is managed accurately and efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and confident working with systems and data. You’ll bring a logical approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, while working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.

About You
- Previous experience within the travel industry, ideally in a corporate travel or client services environment
- Strong working knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre, including the ability to confidently interpret PNR history
- High level of proficiency in Tramada
- Sound knowledge of fares and ticketing
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive client outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve customer queries
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
