About the Role
The Process Improvement Manager – Record-to-Report (R2R) plays a key role within CTM’s Finance Transformation team, focused on enhancing, standardising, and strengthening financial close and reporting processes.
Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, the role will streamline month-end accounting, strengthen balance sheet governance, and improve the reliability and timeliness of financial reporting. Working closely with third-party outsourcers, Service Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll help align operating models and embed best-practice finance operations across the business.

About You
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong accounting background
- Strong process improvement and optimisation capability
- Structured approach to governance, controls, and financial processes
- Ability to work effectively across distributed and outsourced delivery models
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- 6–8 years of finance process improvement, general ledger accounting, or management consulting experience (ex-Big 4 / advisory background ideal). Solid knowledge of core accounting principles, month-end close routines, and balance sheet governance.
- Experience working with outsourced finance providers and Service Delivery Managers.
- Experience in the travel or service-based industry is a plus.
- Qualified accountant (CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
